I didn't receive SMS alert for an online payment made at AirAsia website.

What is the min amount that trigger such alert? Or do I miss anything for setting up the alert in the internet banking?

Fill up the SMS Transaction Alert Limit letter on post #1
*
This one is to change the trigger limit right?

But I thought after exceeding certain threshold, a SMS alert should be sent out right?

And also to all unsecured online transaction (online transaction outside OCBC internet banking)?

EPF statement and/or EA statement are more concrete than payslips.

I applied with EPF statement only.

Oh ya, have called to CS and confirmed that sms is talking about online banking, but not credit card itself. Waiting for ping to apply for online baking to earn for extra rebate.

And I have asked CS that a SMS will be send for notification IF swip RM500 and above, I tot SMS will be send to card owner once swap the card by minimum RM1, no??
*
QUOTE(ronnie @ Apr 20 2013, 12:29 PM)
SMS Transaction Alert can be change with the form in Post #1
*
I have called CS for clarification on this matter.

The default threshold is MYR 500. If you're worried about this threshold number, you can fill the form from OCBC website or from post #1 to change it. You can't change this via the CS or OCBC Internet banking.

However, bear in mind that, if you perform any online transaction that requires OTP/TAC, the system won't send you any SMS alert because the OTP/TAC is pre-caution and they assumed that you're aware of the transaction and have authorized for the transaction.

I read in the website says only require 1 month pay slip ah wonder why some need 3 months while some need 1 eh
*
It's just the basic requirement but it doesn't guarantee the approval. The more supporting document you provided, the higher chance of approval as banks nowadays are pretty strict with income proving.

QUOTE(ShotGun5203 @ Apr 28 2013, 04:54 PM)
Hi, wana ask the requirement annual income must be more than 36k is include bonus or just monthly salary ?
*
You may include the annual fixed bonus like the 13th month contractual bonus.

*
You better check at DiGi website on what kind of service that each particular store has. It's a little frustrating!

Last week went to Bayan Baru Digi Express Store and was told no auto payment service. Yesterday went to Beach St and found out they have moved across the street and now under renovation.

Thanks for the info. On Pulau Tikus centre.

Where's the new location for the Beach Street DiGi Centre? Moved across? Same road on Beach Street?

Local bank could mean local branded bank such as MBB, CIMB, HLB, PB and etc

Within Malaysia could mean local and foreign branded banks (has local branch in Malaysia) within Malaysian territory.
