exactly ... which is why I don't understand the purpose of ppl reporting 5% for restaurants here ... I can understand if u're reporting about getting 1% with food or 5% with random purchases ....
*
We should report both confirmed 5% and 1% Dining Places to give a better comparison and info to the readers.

It think it doesn't matter. At least readers can be confident that the outlet is giving 5% instead of waiting early for the statement biggrin.gif
*
I don't wait for Statement... I called up OCBC the moment the charge is posted.

I just wait. Tho I can call to the CS without paying anything biggrin.gif

It's so that I can plan my 5% usage carefully for the whole month .... especially for new merchants I've not swiped at before.

Anybody received calls for OCBC Personal Loan from Credit Card ?
Only 3% p.a.... Good deal for those who knows how to earn >5% thru other investment vehicles.
Payment installment : Principal Amount + 3%, divide by 12 months

I have called CS before and ask for softcopy statement. They do agree don't have at the moment.
What I ask for is the exact same format as the paper statement, including all messages, payment method, late payment fee calculation and other fine print.
The online one is quite close to the paper statement. Just make do for own recording purposes.  sweat.gif
*
The OCBC online statement for CC doesn't show Posting Date sad.gif
Other than that, it's quote good already.

I made a IBG payment for OCBC Titanium via SCB Online Banking before 8am. When I check at 11am (SAME day) under OCBC Online Banking, the payment is reflected. Very fast eh ?

Not an important feature.... I like the previous 0% Interest Charges when the card was launched.
