i'm currently doing an assignment and i need to animated the buildings so that they will dance according to the beat of the music...

the dance i'm referring to is the buildings will go up and down (more like scaling up and down)...my question is wat are the easiest way to achieve this result? my online searching have lead me to only one solution which is expression...are there any other ways to do it?

real buildings..? 3D buildings..? drawn buildings..? cropped from photos buildings..?

which type of building..?

if they're cropped from a photo, why not just use use Tweening/Keyframes and Transform (I think that's what it's called)
