Was in bandar sunway and maxis web site shows that LTE is covered.. Yet my icon is still 3G. Done soft reset etc etc but still the same. Updated carrier too. Hmmm

Same here, wonder if anyone knows an exact spot where there is LTE coverage in Bandar Sunway?

So now its by default on 3G always right ? 10 hours of battery life will be a misleading statement alrd.

Apparently this can be configured by the telco. However it seems that Maxis is setting it (for the time being) that toggle LTE off meaning disabling 4G only but the phone will run 3G/2G mode. Would appreciate it if Maxis could configure the toggle off LTE to be using only 2G while enabling it will run 3G/4G.

Finally got a taste of LTE at my house. Not the best speed but still satisfactory.

If you want the carrier update message, just turn on airplane mode for few seconds and then off it. Guaranteed will pop update notice.

Just straight go to [Settings > General > About] should prompt out the carrier update message.

seem like no LTE implemented in KL city.

mostly outskirt area of KL maxis is deploying LTE at the moment.

i want my LTE in officeeeeeee.....

Is KLCC under LTE coverage? Their flagship centre is there so wouldn't make much sense to not have LTE coverage. hmm.gif
