my colleague got LTE but mine don't
carrier settings updated, IOS 6.1.3. restarted, reset network settings still same.. sigh |

Maxis replied my tweet saying that my current SIM does not support the LTE function. need to walk in and change the SIM card.
I guess that's the main problem. |
