actually it hits 60mbps once, but i forgot to take ss..
erm..from what i see..nope..same like 3G...battery usage is dependent on signal i guess
full bar 3g,my phone can last about 5 hours continuous usage
if 1 bar 3g..maximum 2 hours gone liao and the phone gets warm

Nope, no invitation from them. Just go straight to that Blue Cube and change it for free. In fact, all eligible Celcom customer who subscribed to Postpaid plan and Mobile Internet are free to change. This is what I've been told smile.gif

thats true at that point of time.
Maxis and Celcom only launched 2600MHz band, only lately they launched the 1800MHz band which the iPhone is supporting

correect me if i'm wrong, if more and more ppl using lte the speed will deteriorate.. less bandwidth... i presume.

Do I have to change a new SIM card for my iPhone in order to use the LTE?

I've been using iOS 7 beta and my carrier setting is Maxis 14.5 and not 14.1 as I have seen from others.

I have been to a lot of LTE area but it still detecting 3G network only instead of LTE.

BTW my phone is not from maxis however it is model A1429 which I believe it does compatible with the LTE from maxis.

Anyone having any idea on how to activate the LTE?

**Edit: Just a note, my SIM card is the big size card at first, then cut it into nano sized using cutter, does it have any effect about it?

You can't do anything when you change to iOS 7. Even carrier version for Celcom when in iOS7 is CELCOM 14.5. Same as MAXIS. It's their software actually that prevent this from enable LTE carrier. We have to wait maybe next beta update if they can rectify this matter shakehead.gif
