Does it mean that you just update new firmware, then turn on LTE mode. Then you can receive the speed ??? drool.gif

Depends on situation. Situation 1: No, LTE doesn't use up more data.
Let's say you want to watch a music video on Youtube. With LTE, the video loads instantly. You watch it, and you exit the app afterwards. However, try doing that on 3G and the video will take a few seconds to buffer. The amount of data used up is the same, only LTE does it faster than 3G.

This brings us to Situation 2: LTE does use up more data.
Okay let's say you allocate 10 minutes of Internet browsing time. On 3G, maybe you can view like a few videos, and some articles (in 10 minutes time).
But on LTE, you can view LOTS of articles and LOTS of videos, in the same amount of time. This is because LTE loads up the data faster, which encourages you to surf more on the Net.

When you load more content (articles/videos/whatever), you use up more data then 3G- even though you just spend 10 minutes using the Net on both 3G and LTE. So, like I said- it depends on the situation. However, it's safe to say that an LTE device usually uses more data than a comparable 3G one. Does that answer your question?

Before this I try speedtest on my iPhone 5, I always get 6.7Mbps no matter where I go (KLCC area or Damansara). Never get more speed than that.
Suddenly yesterday, I doing speedtest at my home in Kota Damansara I easily get 9-11Mbps.

Today I try speedtest in my office (located in KLCC area), I get 18-21Mbps all the time. I bet this could be the sign of Celcom LTE will be coming to iPhone 5.

All of these tests were using Celcom 3G line biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif
