How can we use LTE when roaming in other countries which has LTE ? Mine's stuck at 3G (eventhough Enable LTE is on)

The only way to get LTE overseas for now is to use a local network.

Hey,
I have an iphone5 jb running under ios 6.0.2 and followed the instruction on 1st page. Tested in LTE area end up dont have LTE connection. Any ideas?
