Hi sifu,

Need ur expert view on which amp can give me a maximum output satifaction to power up my 2 Kicker Sub 12" each has 150 rms at 4 ohm???am more into SPL. my current setup produce very unclear bass sound and anoyying it juz vibrated my boot and shake my car body. the sound of vibrated boot is even louder than the sub bass. the louder i set up the volume, the bad it will be. now am confused on what should i upgrade to make the bass sound better and louder. either the sub itself or change the amp. if the amp, what type is the best??2ch/4ch/monoblock?? what brand is the trusted one for SPL?? FYI,am juz enjoying for my self..and looking for the decent one. not prefer the high end stuff unless it below than my bdget :-D .one of my option is ameron and pegasus. any recommendation??

1st get right enclosure thickness & size. SPL, the best was ported enclosure with 3/4" MDF. For L/P set between 90hz - 110hz to get boom2 sound. It would not sound good & loud if wrongly use enclosure size & to thin MDF even U blast it with couples of thousand RM amp.

AMP, look for :-
a) 2Ch Class A/B, capable produce <600wrms @ 4 Ohm (bridge mode).
b) Monoblock Class D, capable produce <300wrms @ 2 Ohm.

Amp power output rates must in RMS & not in PMPO or else.. above amp U mention also Ok coz U just use it to blast the sub others brand like Prokick, Stellar & etc, my 2 cents advice for this amp better look even higher pwr output around 30-40% frm sub pwr required so U wouldn't abuse the amp (shorten lifespan).. As we know this type of amp not build for lasts long.
