I've been facing back acne since puberty. Any solutions to it? It's getting worst.

Have u ever use bodyshop's tea tree leaves product before?

I used to have that as well. And that product suits my face. So my mum has this brilliant idea to try on the back. And it really works. Lol. I stop using after the situation is under control. All this happen during my puberty.

Back ache? Back acne?

I got back acne too, alot of them 5 years ago... and the number of acne decreased by itself... I didn't change any soap...

Make sure you are using a clean towel. Exchange towel often, wear clean clothes, drink water, cut down on fried food, eat more fruits....these work for me. It takes time, like, years.

Try applying cream or gel that contains benzoyl peroxide. However, choose one with the lowest concentraton (2.5 or 5%) to see whether your skin can adapt to it.

Initial application will definitely make your back having more acne breakout and then the acne will subsize.

I loves using St.Ives Apricot Scrub that I use to exfoliate my face and also my back. It works for me when I have back acne. I also wash my back acne with my facial foam cleanser because I just have a few acne. If you have a lot then maybe you can use those cleanser specially made for back acne or any clay soap or natural soap.

I've read that a baking soda scrub is very effective for acne. You just add a small amount of water to about 1 tablespoon of baking soda. You can search for it online - it is even used for the face. But some people are sensitive to it.

I face this problem too. But now ok already. I use loofah to scrub my back when i take bath. Just wet the loofah when you go to bath and use it to scrub your back.
Back acne are usually infected by bacteria. You must make sure your back are clean everyday.

You can try this product too if loofah are not useful.
It can prevent acne formation and also reduces blackheads
