Was just wondering about whether it's worth it to buy
TT Big Typhoon cpu cooler & Systrin vga cooler which will total about RM 300+

OR

Get a moderate Watercooling kit for both CPU and VGA? (like to know the available brand and price)

Thanx

How about getting a CM 12cm Watercooler for the CPU and a systrin for the vga?

How about a combination of :
THERMALTAKE Big Water 12cm Liquid Cooling System + Aquarius Series VGA Waterblock = around RM 400+

OR

Systrin + Scythe Ninja Plus = around RM 340

Better go for Air cooling since the TT big water's perfomance same+/- with Xp-90c.

Systrin + Scythe Ninja Plus = around RM 340 Nice combination but the ninja(tower heatsink) heavy and may have compatible issue with some motherboards. So do confirm the compatible issue before you purchase.

erm...

RM 1k is kinda pricey, even i wud not have the bucks to get those in one shot.... it took me quite sometime to complete my rm 300 WC kit , hehe......

o0o0 well, it all depends..... on the user.....

FOR RM 400, i'm sure u can get a good custom WC kit than a bigwater or CM 120mm kit.

Basically it depend on how well u want it to cool off ur component as well as the noise level generated,,, sweat.gif

i m using Bigwater SE and Aquaris vga water block thumbup.gif

my room temp is always hot during evening so have to use wc else things will get pretty hot....

anyway my result with the wc kit
idle load
CPU: 33 39
VGA: 53 60

Before WC
idle load
CPU: 43 55
VGA: 60 85

besides only 1 fan needed to cool off two conponents so kind of quite, if u got more budget go for dual fans radiator ...then it is really cool and quite rclxm9.gif

always remember problem of wc is the size of case, place to mount radiator, pump placement and the size of case to fit in tubings around doh.gif

good luck dude icon_rolleyes.gif

in terms of performance i am not sure....

why dont u try it out ?

do u OverClock ur Procs ??

if on Stock, i wud say the artic freezer is better...

although the CM r120 is watercooled. but i dunt dare say...

try it out...

and give us the results.... at least u know which one better ...

and still u only used it for testing purposes, im sure the price wont drop that much.
