if u cant adjust the springs, then obviously put more springs.
if springs slots already full, then upgrade to better springs.
i think logic would already dictate that answer.

firstly, that is one ugly looking trem block
but are u sure cannot add more springs? u dont own a screwdriver? but assuming cannot add more springs due to that fugly block, and since u say the screw cannot tighten more, and that fugly block and claw holder cannot add more springs, then move the springs like this. that should help abit, if cannot, then u have to send guitar to someone repair the crack.
