Guys..i wana ask..im new to samsung..i just got my s2 i9100g..it was 2.3.6 GB .. I just updated with kies to 4.0.3 ics..do i need to do a Wipe after updated with kies? Upvolume+cnterbutton+power wipe.??

Hey guys, i need to send my s2 back to warranty. Runnning P.A.C rom now.

So I downloaded triangle away, but I'm still a little hazy on the steps.

Should I use triangle away, then flash back to stock firmwares via odin?(tried to get it from samfirmware but I'm not sure which one)

I'll get one   I thought flashing back to stock rom won't increase the counter? Kernal wise, its running cm10,1's kernal. how do i flash back to stock kernals?

5" screen is still big for me. i prefer 4.9" and below la to call it a phone. if big then better call it note la.huhuhu

1. Instructions For Flashing Firmware:

    Extract the firmware
    Open the included Odin
    Turn off your device
    Put your device into Download MODE (Home + Volume Down + Power)
    Click PDA and select *.tar.md5
    Then finally click START!

Do I need to Changing CSC as instruct below

Instructions For Changing CSC:

    Download Samsung Galaxy S / S2 CSC app from the Play Store
    Open Samsung Galaxy S / S2 CSC app
    Tap "Change CSC" button
    Select the CSC for you Country
    Tap "Install" button (Keep in mind changing CSC wipes your device)

Already flash the firmware and everything look solid. After that do I need to change CSC. Does it necessary?

you can try the 1850mAH from sunglobal.. tho i didnt buy, but it has a larger capacity from the original battery.
if you gonna get back a 1650mAH battery. i'd suggest you get one from brotan. (i was also recommended to get one from him here)

that kosong rom? isnt omega/alliance rom got more feature?

actually all samsung based rom as long dont use custom kernel will be very stable and good battery life.
i use disaster/omega/alliance/neat before, all same only to me.

for quite some time now using chameleon rom.
my favourite rom. aokp looks, but underneath is samsung based rom.
the main reason i stick to this instead of other samsung rom, is the holo theme style, and aokp custom lockscreen, with working hdmi port and wifi direct.

any good ROM recommended recently?

the rom i use was last updated on feb 8.
not an issue until now. never plan to change also.

i feel more like a causal user rather than an explorer now.
no more stress and worry updates or craving for features. peace

hi all bro and sis, i need help here, recently i just root my galaxy s2 i9100 from 2.3.3 to 4.1.2, it used to be work on every sim card, but after root, it was sim network locked.... its my first day on android , i think the original stock rom was not backup, so any solution for me, please help, any shop doing service for this?

I want to know why some Galaxy S2 i9100 have the Samsung text on the front panel and some don't?  Is this have to do with the origin of the phone?
