omg experiencing black out.. phone blank half way and cannot on it.. take out battery 2 times then no problem.. facing this 2 times.. SDS ?

hi guys,
have you guys experience easyaccess icon/app will always outside the folder whenever restarted the phone ? i put inside the folder but also will stay in the main page after restarted. |
