Aiya! Happy Belated CNY...  rclxm9.gif long time not coming here and saw bro @nokia6280 rooting using framaroot and it's working thumbup.gif at the same time also saw bro @kswee taking about using siyah getting 18000 rating from antutu.... rclxms.gif but i have a doubt here...

1. I have already root using framaroot, can i flash siyah kernel?
2. If can, will it give me the famous "!" sign?
3. Any problem with this kernel?
4. If next time i flash back to stock can i just use mobile odin to flash it?

Thanks bro...
*
1+2+3 provided you still using the older bootloader, you wont get the "!" sign, siyah kernel is not bad, so are a lot of others

4. you can use odin either on pc or mobile

under mobile odin put tar file under kernel? I just did it but a big green andrioid logo with downloading... wording came out.. is this correct?
*
if you flash kernel under odin, it should bring you to your rom with the kernel installed, it shouldnt bring you to download mode

AndriodOne seems you are using the old exploit way to root, which will not work with updated systems, they have fixed it, so you need to redo the whole thing again, ground up

my second advice, go to the S3 sub forum, dont use anything from android general forum, they are called "general" for a reason, it is not made specific for a device

Meaning flash rom using pc odin?
*
it might work, but make sure you get it back to original form, and use root methods from the s3 sub forum, then you can mobile odin or use custom recovery, less problematic that a software that is "too general"

What is v6 supercharger in omega rom?
*
it's something like a step phase, it will max out 1 core then move to 2nd, instead of load balancing, it does prioritization, so it is best for single tasks, not quite for multi tasking

page 1 cf-root will cause ! mark?
*
trigger or no trigger depends on the bootloader, not the root methods, so many are still using older bootloaders as they dont trigger "the mark"

Hi All,
Do you know what to do when your sd card in the s3 shows the message : sd card is blank or has unsupported file format. Does this mean the lifespan of the sd card is already up? Thanks.
*
it might be your ext card might be in exFAT or NTFS format, which S3 doesnt support by default (FAT32)

the keyboard that i prefer, and highly prefer, is swiftkey+flow, they do quite an accurate job compared to Go Keyboard, Swype, TouchPal, Samsung Keyboard, Android 4.2.2 Keyboard
