Hi,

NEED HELP! My S3 had been freezing randomly today and quite frequently.
And i had to manually restart it in order to use.

Anybody encounter this problem?????

1)now 4.1.2
2)from ICS, no factory reset before
3)i already delete the apps tat installed recently, the problem still occur
4)bought it last year June

Hi guys,

As i mention earlier my s3 keep freezing and had to restart it over tis few days. I Went to The Garden's Samsung shop enquiry bout tis problem and they said they it happen to many users and suggest me to revert the OS to 4.1.1 from 4.1.2.

May i know where can i revert the OS? or can i revert it myself?

Im experiencing lotsa random freezing in 4.1.2, that why the samsung ppl suggest me revert back to 4.1.2.

Many users in 4.1.2 experience this.

now in 4.1.2, from 4.0.4..never do factory reset.

bro, jz did a factory a factory restart and the problem is still there.

finally drop my s3 at samsung service centre@lowyat. Required 3-7 days..hopefully everything will be ok!
and jz found out tat last time bought at 1U digi roadshow, they didt help me to register the ewarranty.

Bought it last year june, i thought the digi reseller alr help me registered the e-warranty and i alr dumped that resit alr. Luckily the phone still valid for warranty under the manufacture date which is end of this month. Aiks..

Will try to enquiry at digi centre whether they can help me with this.

Ya luckily! at the the try reprogram the software but the problem still persists right after i start the phone. It jz hang there and need restart

Because Digi forgot to help me register my e-warranty and now my phone only applicable for manufacture warranty which is end of this month.
