Ya, just use titanium to restore apps (install by yourself one, don't restore system apps).

The ROM I use was AOSP, means no single bloatware as no Samsung apps will be inside.

The gapps I install was from the dev link. it shall be not any issue use 4.2.2 gapps in 4.2.1, it basically nothing much different.

By the way, my Nexus 10 was running AOKP 4.2.2 but the gapps was 4.2.1 -- haha!

AOKP also can, but Paranoid did it much better, especially the DPI part.

Remember all AOKP, AOSP, Paranoid & CM = no samsung add-on functionality (include those motion, smart stay) and no single samsung own application.

All AOKP, AOSP, Paranoid & CM was base on Android origin pure feel with enhanced functionality.

That one cause by multi boot. After erase multi boot and full wipe, it back to normal.

I am running ParanoidAndroid 3.0 of 4.2.1 now and it was normal as suppose.

your phone probably is SDS, you probably can't flash in anything & cannot access recovery then it need to see Samsung CS.

I more and more like ParanoidAndroid 3 on S III, the way to configure different apps different DPI and color status/navigation bar was way too cool!

I will change my Nexus 10 to ParanoidAndroid as well once 4.2.2 version was release.

I try all possible way I can when face that few months ago. I download all pit I can find but no use.

The answer is no way to solve it beside send to CS center for replacing the already dead board chip.

Stock 4.2.1 is leak beta testing ROM, it not available officially anywhere.

Different type of UI to choose:
- Phone
- Phablet
- Tablet (My layout was Tablet)

Different navigation bar & notification bar color for different apps include set transparency for launcher.

Pie support for apps that run full screen. (Useless for S III as S III got hard touch button).

Different DPI for every single apps.

Two words - DAMN COOL!

I feel damn bored on it already, so must change something on it, haha!

Battery I cannot answer you, I never so care on it.

Performance, it was surely 100% better than stock, Samsung stock UI only use nice in 2GB device like Note II not for 1GB International edition S III.

Some apps will auto run back after you shut them down,the best way is restart your phone.Just like ram,even you cleared once,it increases back in few seconds.Did you enter power saving mode anyway ?
