AXP 2600+ Tbred = 2166MHz
So you go do the calculating, used to do 2300MHz (230x10) on my Tbred and the performance is somewhere above A64 3000+ a little thru sisoft sandra benchies. |

the easiest way to estimate ur chip PR is using CBID(CentralBrain Identifier)
google abit & its very easy to find.. even if u running at higher speed than default any s939 chip, i bet u wont be able to beat em' as they runnin' on DC.. |

i have something to share here.
I overclock my processor, from 1533 to 2104 with copper base cooler only. My processor is Athlon XP 1800+ (Thoroughbred B), motherboard is Asus A7V8X-X Rev.1.xx. In my opinion, you should look for lower stock speed processor to achieve higher overclocking speed. |

I would like to know whether nowadays anyone still playing around with their Athlon XP Thoroughbred A/B? I currently have one. Is there any method to make the speed higher? What maximum frequency can Tbred do?

Planning on selling off my Socket A Thoroughbred XP2000+. Any takers? And speaking of which, my current XP2500 is
166x11=1.873GHz ...at 200FSB 200x11=2.2GHz To overclock or not to overclock? Using a CM Aero 7+ for cooling. |
