"Xbox Live members will be able to download, for free, a special HD version of the South Park episode 'Good Times with Weapons'. Unfortunately, due to restrictions from Comedy Central, South Park in HD will only be available in English (with no options for sub-titles) in the following Xbox Live regions: United States, Canada, Belgium, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. This will be available simultaneously for both Gold and Silver members in those regions."

Castlevania SOTN has been released on Xbox Live for 800 points!

More free TV episodes to download on XBLM US for a limited time! One is "Halfway Narc" from Comedy Central's new series Halfway Home, while the other is called "Let's Get it On" from a newer show airing on Spike TV called Bullrun. This has got to be one of the best month for XBLM with loads of freebies and great xbox live arcade games. They really deserve praise and I hope MS keeps this momentum up.

Oh, Major Nelson has also stated that they are currently the "number two online distributor of television and feature film content, second to iTunes". Guess they made the right move in launching the Video Marketplace.

Yes you can save game progress.

Next week on Arcade, we will be getting Rave's Jetpac Refuelled for only 400 points. Really looking forward to it. Played the original classic many moons ago on an obscure micro processor, the ZX Spectrum and its one of my fav games!
From the screenshots, Rave seems to have completely updated it, however as a bonus, the original game has also been included! It even has a versus mode playable on Live. Another must get for me! For details head on to Xbox.com.

Now if only a developer will update Captain Goodnight!

Anyone interested in the Xbox Live 1600 points card, Playasia is only selling it for USD20.90 or RM72.82 now! Cheaper than buying anywhere else even directly online from Xbox Live, if you use free shipment! Do take note its only for a limited time.

Update:
To those with US Live accounts, its confirmed that the Asian points card are usable for you all, as I have used it to add points to my Silver Live US account.

Another excellent game is heading to Xbox Live Arcade today, Boom Boom Rocket will be available for download on Xbox Live Arcade for Xbox 360 beginning Wednesday, Apr. 11, at 0900 GMT (5:00 pm). Hopefully its as good as the previous Bizarre Creations Geometry Wars or well at least to me, matches the best Arcade game to date Jetpac Refueled!

"Game Features

* Two single player gameplay modes - Normal and Speed
* Two single console multiplayer head-to-head modes - Battle and Endurance
* Practice Mode
* Freestyle mode - No target line or scoring, just mash buttons to create cool fireworks shows
* Earn up to 12 Achievements and 200 Gamerscore points"

However the bad news is that it will only first launch in the U.S., Canada, and Europe and will only be available in the near future in Asia Pacific.

Well looks like I will need to buy more points card. Oh by the way if anyone is interested I might be able to get the 1600 points card for only RM70.
