Phew. Finally managed to connect to Live today and activate my Trial Gold membership. Here's a noob question: Can I just use my Malaysian CC to renew my Gold Membership from the 360 itself? How much would it be?

Yeah I heard Djinn carries the reload cards locally. Have faith my friend, I could only connect after several days..just for a freakin update.

I was on LIVE intermittently until about 11 last night. It was okay I guess, with the January update taking all of 10 mins to download..maybe there's a rush of people updating?
