The problem is I cant purchase any points using exactly the same payment method! This is really confusing, is there a different system for Live subscription and for MS point purchases?
Hope you guys can help me out, there's all these packs and cool stuff but I cant purchase any of them without any points!

Ok I just read back and found out about Microsoft banning foreign credit cards. This really sucks, and I was looking forward to playing Lumines Live...
Anyone know where I can buy some US point cards? And will they even work?
I must say I am quite upset. Cant even switch to Singapore content as the region is locked (unless Microsoft decide to change it for me or ban me...)
