Brand/type: 2 x 1GB Infineon DDR400/PC3200 w/ECC
Type of Chips: Infineon CE-5 Highest Stable/Benching Overclock: 250MHz (Did not try anything higher than this  )Timings: 3-3-3-8 Voltage: 2.70V ECC Mode: Enabled  For some unknown reason, I can't run them with a Command Rate of 1T unless I want to stick to stock speed  This post has been edited by Dreamworks: Apr 21 2006, 03:30 PM |
