Many things at fault. Most of his goals are from penalty but he's very good in setpiece deadball. Milan were not good in selling players this recent seasons (remember Ibra + T.Silvas for mere 40m to PSG).

His attitude is mindblowing. Sometime he played good, sometimes he gone emotional & start play badly enough to bring the team down. For example he was deployed as poacher striker inside penalty box, but he's so often playing out of position/penalty box to reach for the ball earlier.
