Nocerino will be out on loan to west ham and micheal essien will joining Milan from Chelsea .. Essien will be able to play on UCL match since he not yet play on UCL match with Chelsea this season ..

Haha but from history & statistics...former great player doesnt always fit to be a good coach no? Take for example pele...

Maldini,Trapattoni,Capello and Ancelloti for me was a great player during their professional football career and successful in their coaching era too.

Milan should promote more homegrown player after seeing how talented & performing is De Sciglio right now.

Mastour could be promoted but I think they wont rush him into first squad just yet.

Priorities should be defense since the club is chronic at that position.

I dont know about this guy can help in attacking formation since he's gonna fight for the spot when El Sharaawy return fits.
