This is a transcript from SKY tv show, that had some reporters and calcio people close to serie a and of course Milan in it. It was "whats happening in MIlan." This is a short version, that was shortened to me by my friend and Im just translatin it in here. So its not my oppinion, not his - its from the SKY. So and comments in here are for you to think it through, the words are not mine.

Ok:

After Allegri got fired Galliani was all in for Pippo, but Berlusconi has choosen Seedorf. G doesnt want Seedorf coz he knows his caracted. Seedorf turns out to be " a heavy person", when he thinks of something he just does it whatever it is, but a true professional, a man with clear ideas and vision. But for Galliani that will not work, coz its known he is only below Berlusconi and will not listen to anyone else. One of the reasons Maldini is not working for Milan.

When he arrived, Seedorf, as all professionals, is taking the documentation on training methods that the team was doing etc. Then publicly says in front of the players that training methods are bad and that 80% of the team is unfit. Also Seedorf is saying to his close friends, some fans and reporters how 50% of the team in "shit" and how they should change it, aldo how he is not satisfied with assistant coaches and they should also be changed. Also how he'd like to implement Ajax training methods coz he thinks it can work well in Milan. Seedorf was telling the TRUTH but very un-tattically (not in the right timing etc...) and that created a bit of a bad atmosphere. TRied to fix it in the papers later on but the damage was done.

Then its Alex case. G is signing a pre-deal with him, but Seedorf doesnt want him and is asking not to sign him. Says he is not for his defence, See has other ideas. Seedorf asks that in every mercato move he is asked and then the deal can go on. He gives Galliani a list of players he thinks can play for Milan. Since Ancelotti no one asked anything from Galliani, and Galliani rushes mad from the meeting. Since then the relations are not good. On that meeting Seedorf also is saying to Galliani how he is still not sure if he wants Rami and Taarabt so Galliani needs to be quiet.

Then Abate case. Abate is asking from his agent to talk to Galliani so that Abate can play more, coz of the world cup. Galliani tried with assistant coaches. Seedorf goes mad and is shouting more then 20mins on the training on the team. Telling them to talk to his face and not over the agents to ask to play more.

Then ( IMMAGINE THIS!! ffs..) Binho, Birsa, Zapata... part that played more before is not happy coz they dont play, and it crates a group not happy with Seedorf. Seedorf does not pay attention, just keeps working as he thinks.

Then De Sciglio. De Sciglio has always played under Allegri as soon as he is ok. Under Seedorf players need to be completely fit and only then can play. Seedorf doesnt want to chance Bonera coz it gave him 13 points out of 15. Also they said under Seedorf he doesnt care who has which last name, only the best on the training play. The reason why Zaccardo played with Rami and Mexes didnt in the beggining. There is one training a day, but its almost double, and the gym is obligated afterwards. So the phisical condition of players is already improving.

Then Montolivo case. For Catania Seedorf is playing Poli-DJ-Taarabt-KAka'-Birsa. Monto is asking a meeting and says he wants to play. Seedorf explaining how He wants to see can Poli do it well. Monto doesnt like to play so far from the goal, but See is saying how he plays it well and against Genova Monto didnt do so well defensively so he wants to see Poli. In the end, Seedorf is saying ok to the oppinion of Montolivo and makes him play first 11. In the end of the game Seedorf is saying: "some things from the locker room are not for public. Players should know that." ( that is the montolivo case...)

After Catania, again meeting with G. Seedorf asking to be protected in the newspapers, coz its not good for the team and his own reputation. Galliani having an interwiew abut those -16mln and in the question about Seedorf only says shortly: "its not the time for any mistakes." (my friends comment: remember what stuff Galliani did to protect Allegri. "if we played only 45min we'd be third, all kinds of statistics. And never says a good word about See.)

And: Sogliano will come to work, but not with Galliani. Coz Galliani works only with himself and with Berlusconi. No one else. He barely could stand that Barbara is here, but her last name is BERLUSCONI.

Seedorf wants a rooster of 24 players. And for Galliani its easier to get rid of Seedorf then 10 players, and bringing Seedorf 5 players he asked for. Galliani already thinking of Pippo and Pippo's Milan.
