Eten M600, how to hard reset?

This is on behalf of my boss. He is not a very technical guy. Just know how to used the phone only. Recently his M600 cant use the Phone function .. the dial pad wont come out and it doesnt detect any network service. so I suggest to do the hard reset. but then he dont know how .. and I cant find any way to do the hard reset like Dopod 818pro has (the Clear Storage option).
can you help me guys? I'll appreciate that. Thanks. |

phone face u, reset botton the bottom most on the left and power button on top right |
