The normal pet that you get free or buy cheaply from NPC can only go up to level 15 unfortunately.

The good thing about that guild, we have so many players from around the world, some of them are Germans. Some American. About leveling up power and feats, it is always good for you to read or follow guide, usually they will explain it, you can then 100% follow them, or pick up few other things to improvise. I have 2 guides for TR, the full damage and stealth build.
if you play from Malaysia I guess thats the best latency you'll get around 300+, but if it spike more than 450, definitely will get lag and annoying. I guess it has something to do with your internet connection.

Yup, no exp but trust me, in this game, exp is your BANE.

Know why you can't queue for some dungeon? Blame Exp.
Missed some skirmish due to over leveling? Blame Exp.

You cannot do any skirmish you missed. Period. You can queue for dungeons, however.
Well, unless you are rushing for max level, then it's best to skip foundry's and pvp's dailies until you reach 60 because those two are going to cause you to out level your queues.

By the way, last level for you to queue for Throne of Idris dungeon is lvl 39. Last level for Defend The Temple skirmish is lvl 37.
Don't over level yourself until you've done that.

If it is a dungeon, yes you can always walk to the door to either queue or enter the dungeon yourself and do solo
