Yes, I get it some time as well because this game is so new and every time when we moving to a new map, we need to patch.
The reason why server is not responding is because our tm line too slow. Take longer time to download the patch in the loading screen.

Go to option in the logging menu and off the "on demand patching". After that, it patch every time before you start the game but not during the game

Im using unifi as well for the connection and so far everything is smooth. Ping around 300 (should be normal).

bro, as far as I know this game is getting hot. i have met a lot of WoW player in this game. It is a global server and ping is like 3xx( normal )
