It drop the blue version of skeleton dog which have much higher main stat compare to the redeem from vendor...

I was shock at 1st to see suddenly a dog collar in my stash.. Cause i didnt see what i pick after finnish kill those zombie... Guess lucky lol.

u can get from the bag of bones oso. i got 2 bijik blue dog yesterday 
u can try macro all the way~  Location: Near The Bank got a place at top where u can avoid the knockback when portal close... the drop from Hulk & Wright is leechable without doing anything as it spawn right under your foot

    Leadership: The rewards for several tasks have been updated, as well as the contents of Leadership chests.
        Rank 3: Extended Guard Duty: A medium chest has been added to the rewards for this task.
        Rank 4: Protect Caravan: The Astral Diamond reward for this task has been lowered to 100.
        Rank 4: Protect Local Merchant: 150 XP and a medium chest have been added to the rewards for this task.
        Rank 5: Explore: The time to complete this task has been increased to 2 hours.

Better get the cleric companion from NPC if you're not a cleric, but at higher level 30+ it will be useless, unless you stoned it or use good icon and necklace (preferable crit for higher heal)

About the quest, you still can always do that if you're over level, you just need to walk to the door

Skirmishes and Dungeons

I see, but skirmish is not in the quest journal, I never realize if we will get any title or things like that from it. I went on skirmish only when the event is running for that 1k AD
