No idea at all, never use real money to buy Zen, always convert my AD to Zen to buy things from Zen market. But after a quick google I found out if there is this famous MMO currency seller selling 1 million AD for RM66. You can always convert that AD to Zen, the rate fluctuates just like forex lol.

Mine at best is 300, its normal and surprisingly playable without any drawback or anything, maybe because this is not First Person Shooter that requires much faster ping to be playable.

Which companion you want, there are alot with different prices, you can simply check the AD to Zen rate now and convert the amount

My suggestion not to invest in T1 gears, so dont waste time running T1 dungeon.. And also keep your enhancement stone, to be used only on your end game gears, and make sure just use it when it is rank 7 and above.

Run Temple of Spider for armour, and Frozen Heart for boots. Once you get what you want, then start running Spellplague for Helm, and Karrundax for gloves. Spellplague has always been the hardest, but recentl they fix Karrundax, so it is now abit harder too.

I played the Hunter Ranger already, still low level but damage is high. The movement is a bit funny, but the highlight of Module 2 is not only this new class, it's so crazy they put many new contents and also change few things like the fusing system. When it's out i guess need to adapt again
