Guys anyone bought anything from this guy before

Bcause his price is like rm40-50 cheaper than others and for his feedback Im not sure to believe or not bcause for pre order things seller ask for rm50 for deposit first and ask buyer to give feedback before they get the item..bcause the item will be deleted in ebay after 60 days? Or something like that |
