Hey, Thanks for the packages. Received them safe and sound. The Orb is working well and everything else looks great!

The only problem I have is how it was handled. At the edge of the boxes (both ringke and orb) were crumpled or torn. It's all good now but if the handling was done poorly, then the product inside might suffer. I do hope in the near future this will be rectified.
