Cardio helps for heart function. I will always do it even i'm bulking now. (first time bulk, target for 3 years)
Doing a day of cardio once every 2 weeks. However I do not see any significant in terms of muscle / doms recovery from doing cardio.
Cardio!, Is it neccessary?
