I am working and living in Singapore. I bring my 3DS to work every single weekday and usually I won't get any streetpass probably due to the limited volatility in terms of human flow in trains here during working days. However, during weekends, if I were to bring my 3DS out to town area/shopping complexes, usually I will get around 5 - 8 streetpasses in average. Well, 3DS is quite popular here I guess.
