hi guys..i realise whenever i use the touchscreen..writing or flipping stuff..it leave mark on my screen protector..i can still clearly see the words i written on my screen protector and not sure i press too hard ( which i think its not quite possible) or the screen protector is too delicate..does anyone of u face this problem?

may I ask, if I am to buy a digital version of a game from the eshop, will it comes with nintendo club codes? thanks in advance

If it's from NA eshop yeah.. comes with nintendo points.

do I need to link it to my nintendo club acc? I saw in the fire emblem+smt iv promotion page, say need to link acc to 3ds to get the codes. I already registered a non digital version so if possible, I don't want to link it

iinm, that 2 game need to link with the same account/3ds only they can verify is a same account/3ds user.

Anyone know how to open the top screen of the 3DS XL?
I heard once open, it's a bit hard to put back on.

Anyone with good experience or maybe know a place that could repair it?
My screen got this yellowish white dust on it which is quite disturbing..

the screen iinm is a panel. means if you take out the panel it won't stick it back on its cage.

how I know? I scratch my screen and I nearly peel out the panel on the side.

Ah man if it's a panel....then I can't do anything I guess without replacing it.
Well at least this thing won't be distracting me that much if the game does't have white color bg.

Any idea how much if I want to replace the panel? I'm still in warranty wonder if it covers it lol

you can try ask your seller who provide you the warranty. welp if I have an extra 3DS I might peel it off and see how is done. you can donate yours to me then. LOL.

spare part wise I think I still can get. if you're asking me to put the stuff for you then is another case unless one XL had to be sacrifice for me to learn it.

I have googled around and some say you might be able to stick it back.
Provided that the glue is still there and strong enough.
Really gamble if I decided to try. I should really search for some place that could fix 3DS XL.

Hey guys, got myself a 3DS XL with MH3U last weekend and I've been reading up a bit on this thread. Got a few questions I would like to ask:

Anyone purchased on play-asia before? Is it safe and the goods come without any issues? Looking for a decent casing/cover for my 3DS XL.

What is the purpose of streetpass? My pals with 3DS only play games on it and have not really tinkered with the other features of the device, so I'm pretty curious.

Hi guys, the image on my 3ds upper screen appear to be crooked/tilted, the image projected no longer align 90 degrees in accordance to the screen.

Is there any home solution to this problem? If not may I get recommendations as to where can I fix this problem? PM are most welcomed.

Will try play-asia when I have to I guess, since I ordered a cheap TPU case from dx.com which the price is almost the same as the shipping price in play-asia itself. Though it'll take between 20-30 days to reach, if it reaches.

For TPU cases, I go for ori as a precaution. I want something that won't melt into the device or become sticky from long term use because you have no idea what the plastic quality is like from 3rd party manufacturers. Since you have ordered it, do update me about it.

There are a few sellers here that sell these sorta stuff, so you could always approach them/search for their threads. Or you could get it outside, maybe from where you got your 3DS XL? I ordered mine from dx.com, but as mentioned by Deinancf, quality wise it may be an issue. Then you could try play-asia.com if you have the money. I'll update here when I get my cheap TPU casing.
