Hey, my 3DS is updated to version 5 the latest one. If there's any update for my r4 card? I just bought not long ago now cant use

If your R4 is of SDHC variant, then it should be compatible with version 5.0.11 as mentioned at their official site here (http://www.r4i-sdhc.com/).

Anyways, just wondering how does Etrian Odyssey 4 looks on 3DS XL?

Just wondering, what headphones do you guys use for playing 3DS XL? Which is apparently the best, or a decent quality one? Need to find one because some games have barely audible volume even at max x__x (though playing Theatrhythm max volume is blowing my speakers, I think... haish)

I use Razer Moray~ Just nice, not to loud, not to slow. Not to heavy on bass, and still have good clarity for voice.

I see, I see! How are they on size though? My ears are pretty small, so earbuds usually fall out of my ears after about 3 minutes... haish. I was going to use my cans but seem to have misplaced them Woe~ Want to hear FE battle quotes for realz~ Frederick's "Pick a God and pray."

Mostly looking for small over-ears or in-ears headphones. Grados any good? How about Altec-Lansing? Don't mind paying a bit extra since I might use it for other things as well.

Priority is for 3DS use though. I think Nintendo cares for my ears too much. Can barely hear my Theatrhythm in the class during break at max volume.

Yeah, Altec Lansing speakers are amazing, my desktop speakers are of that brand So their phones are not that good huh? Not too sure about budget.. impulse buyer here, and I can save up. Not in a hurry to buy though, just wanna get opinion first. I saw some people using only generic earphones with 3DS... if terdesak I'll get a generic one meself Blasphemy I know...

Good in-ears for me would be Shure SE 215 or Spider Realvoice. It's pretty good but not quite cheap

They give three or four different bud size to fit. Just change to which ever is nice. Quite the value for money. Not so expensive.

My 3DS is 2 years already (bought last april 2011)..

Probably going to upgrade my console to XL soon, but scared I would not play it since my current 3DS also barely untouchable; just recently turned on, play with unfinished Harvest Moon ANB, and quite surprise to finally get some Streetpass in my university area, after like 2 years no streetpass in there..

If you rarely play then I think better not upgrade. Better to invest on something you really are going to use.

Yeah, my cousin uses the bigger over-ear Razer headphones and swears by them, so I'm going to consider this as well. Thanks for the input~

Maybe wait a bit till the end of the year when the more popular games are out? (Animal Crossing, Pokemon X/Y) If even they don't pick up your interest then maybe put off buying an XL
