Avoid tax by choosing Oregon or Alaska for US region. No online tax at all there.

Morning. Err.. Guys, i need help.

Yesterday i try to add fund amount USD10, through Credit Card (Aeon) 2 times but unsuccessful. Then tried with Debit Card (RHB) for 1 time also unsuccessful. Then i receive msg that the payment already been deduct.

Just now i called Aeon and RHB, they said the payment is succesful and required me to contact the Merchant to confirm that my transaction is unsuccessful so they (Aeon and RHB) can refund to me. sweat.gif

Seeking your advice guys. Should i email Nintendo or what?

Thanks in advance.

Malaysian Credit Cards nor Debit Cards don't work for 3DS E Shop US. It's been written already. tongue.gif

What does work (and should work still) is the Canadian store. The banks will refund the money in a few weeks time. Probably 2 to 3 weeks.

Whatever you do, don't contact Nintendo. laugh.gif

Err.. Guys. I do have another 1 question however.

Ok right now im using 2DS. Later if i upgrade to 3DS XL, can i just switch the SD card? Will everything (eshop purhcased, save game, etc) will be ported to the new console?

Or i need to run "system transfer" in the setting?

Thanks in advance. tongue.gif

Guyz, im still new to the Nintendo DS world. haha.. I heard that for the US set of the 3DS, we have to buy an adapter for it? Sorry but im just not sure. Is this adapter as in an adapter that changes the voltages as well or this can be just any wall adapters found in any convenience store?

Thank you

You can buy a local 3DS charger, or you can use a universal adapter available from most hardware stores smile.gif

Owh.. So it's just bout having to convert the plug so that it can be used for our wall sockets? It's not that voltage difference thing between Malaysia and US?

doh.gif Ack, my mistake, yes, you have to account for the voltage difference. Malaysia is 240V, US is 110V I think. Better to just buy a local charger, or a USB charger cable.

Edit: do look over page 63 - Rei7 and Kyoyagami has answered your question quite well.
