QUOTE(fadzlirot @ Oct 23 2013, 10:22 AM) If you want to live in Malaysia for a long duration of time, the best (really) is to go for either US or Asian. If you're going to stay in UK for say 4 years, then, I would suggest getting a Pal console, but to sell it off before returning home. |

Hey I just bought my new 3DS XL US set! I was wandering, the shop seller gave me a USB plug for my 3DS. They told me charge it with the USB. Instead of the original wall plug that comes with it. They mentioned "it causes short circuit". Is this true?
But I got 3rd party wall adapter for US wall plug and its fine charging my PSVita US set for 6 months already. |

However, little did they know that the original adapter for the US set is actually multi voltage. So, using a travel adapter to change the plugs would be enough as well. My 3DS XL now can't seem to charge by using the Charger that came along with the console (even using travel adapter isn't charging). But the USB that retailer gave its working and charging at the moment. |

There are cases where the adapters just don't work at all, but, we can't say for sure.My 3DS XL now can't seem to charge by using the Charger that came along with the console (even using travel adapter isn't charging).
