Still works, unless they changed it since june. Brazil works too but only buy eshop only titles or dlcs with it, slightly cheaper. For retail games on eshop use canada since brazil's retail games priced 2x.

The only thing that is different between Asia(Asi) and US version is that US version has Nintendo Points which you can redeem for free games or Nintendo Merchandise from Club Nintendo.

But that only applies to US residents right?

Asia are just repackaged US region games. As for nintendo codes, you can redeem digital rewards. Of course physical rewards if you want those, you need find someone at US or proxy service send back to malaysia.

Haha common due you know there is a workaround. Like the above guy says use proxy to post.
Also digital games can be redeem and stuff which is nice if you don't want merchandise like me.

Hi guys, I might get the Asia 3DS XL bundle with Mario Kart 7 or Super Mario 3D Land. May I know does the game stored in the system or the SD card?

Is the 4gb SD card that comes with the console enough to fit animal crossing + fire emblem?

When I got mine with Super Mario 3D Land, the guy told me it's integrated within the console itself, versus keeping it on the SD card. In the case of a reset or anything, your game will still be there. Gotta double check on this though.

Google says the size of Animal Crossing (I'n guessing new leaf) is 1GB and FE: A is around 1.3GB, so looks like a yes. if the extra space isn't taken by the preinstalled game.

Confirmed that the bundled game included in the system, not in SD card. Also wasted 1 hour figuring how to add funds in Canada eshop... End up figured out I cant use Maybank CC, now got few hundred ringgit floating @.@

You can buy USD20 from Kyo right now, he's selling it for RM70, which is at a pretty affordable price, considering how it's always 78++.

I have one question.

How to I buy games on Eshop ? My N3DS region was switched to UK, and planning to get AA5/PW5 in the future. So I test it to download a game from Eshop.

It requires a Zip Code and Country , I know I can't leave it blank. So I decide to put a zip code from google.

What does Zip code have to do ? is it for checking sales tax ?

Btw , I can't use credit card to buy because Uk's system N3DS only accept Uk's credit card.
