QUOTE(StupidGuyPlayComp @ Feb 18 2013, 11:03 AM) 1. Sell call to proton and MBMR as PKR promised to withdraw the vehicle import tax 2. Buy call to TChong or those vehicle import company so all subsidy by govn, it should no impact to small shareholder right? Might limit the number of special draws for the number forecast operators (NFO). Might impose entrance fee to Genting casino for local citizens (just like how Singapore is doing now). But anyway, I think BN will win. It's difficult to see how BN will lose after all the tricks they have used to buy votes. - all the 1 programmes (Kar1sma, pr1ma, br1m, bl1n ....) - the legalising of the illegal foreign workers, and implementation of the minimum wage. (this, i think is the secret weapon to counter the Chinese votes.) In 2008, there were more unhappy people due to the sudden petrol price hike. This directly impact their wallet and people could clearly see it hurting their lives. Hence the anger and resentment towards the BN government, and this was reflected in the higher votes for opposition. This time, I think it's the prices of housing that has gone up sky high and people could not afford housing. But this number of people is much lower than the 2008 number of unhappy people. |

Honestly, BN or PKR win... Malaysia will still lag behind versus our neighbours.
PKR cannot even get their understanding and come to agreement amongst themselves (ie. the Allah issue, banning hairdressers, etc). Then how to come to agreement on more important national policies that will dictate the growth of the population, economy? Even before winning the federal government already start fighting for the post to become Prime Minister. BN is no better either. Protecting companies (cronies?) at the expense of the rakyat. (high national car price >> rakyat spend more money on car installment instead of spending money on quality food etc), the various flip-flop policies and not thorough thinking (most recent being the RM200 rebate for smartphones costs less than RM500, then weeks later removed the cap), a disaster on our education system... just to name a few. Anybody bought anything? My watch list just -0.5% only. Hardly any bargain. I'm now about 90% cash. Waiting waiting. Fingers so itchy liao.

Is Najib's favorite number = 11?
Will he dissolve Parliament on Friday 8th of March (8 + 3 = 11)? Or maybe Monday 11th of March? |
