Agonizing days of waiting

I was eating in a pasar malam just now and there are bersih-clad people passing flyers etc on elections and everything, randomly bring speaker and microphone and just talk. More like educating people on how to vote for our children's future and a better Malaysia.

STAREIT moving again... erm... something wrong le.... but is good la...but dividend yield are low

why something wrong? yield so high, nobody wanna buy. all rushes into malls reit. 

if only 5%, why not just buy mall reits, more defensive. Hotel reit more depends on business condition.

If interest rate goes up... then 'jialat' to reits....
