Ok lah.. since you want.. here is super old man current buy list

1. Kfima - increasing DPS for 6 years running, PE 8x, DY 5%, Payout ratio 30%, Cash rich, developing 40k new plantation (10k can harvest) in Kalimantan 
2. SOP - This one is future potential, 40k planted, 20k unplanted, 70% of trees not yet mature, new refinery in bintulu, PE 10x
3. Faber - Cash rich, PE 6x, increasing DPS - this one might be dropping off the list soon (due to less concession) 
4. Cypark - Future solar potential from 8mw to 30 mw by end of year + new biomass plant coming out soon
5. Kossan - PE 10x, DY 3%, good mix of 50% latex, 50% nitrile + technical rubber

Another hidden asset gem is NAIM.. it's 23% stake in Dayang > Naim's total capitalization. The anak is worth more then the mom...   BUT the stock own by 'pek moh' so it is risky... 

I understand most of the issue about ownership but do look at what the market is focusing on : Land BANK.

Market is hot over this and I am just looking for more ideas.

Any comment regarding STAR (6084)? I think it is undervalued, P/E 9.8 Dividend Yield 7.08. Is it good to accumulate some for long term investment? It has the economic moat in msia, every household and library also buying the newspaper. Personally i also reading this newspaper whether hardcopy or softcopy.
