if not mistaken, the dividend yield is above 5%.
Correct me if I'm wrong
*
if only 5%, why not just buy mall reits, more defensive. Hotel reit more depends on business condition.
more than 5% lah, i think. hmm.gif

I still don't understand why chase the malls reit if they give below 5% div yield  rclxub.gif
*
they are chasing for capital gain looking at past 2 years history.
however, they forgot when yield compressed, the upside potential won't be as big as past 2 years.

Investor too much money, don't know where to put.. at least 5% is higher than FD wat.. so everyone dump their money there.

If interest rate goes up... then 'jialat' to reits.... brows.gif
*
true.
if our economy is as good as ah jib said, then 2H13 onwards probably may see 0.25-0.5% up every year?....then those with large debt wo constant interest rate will suffer. hmm.gif

There may be lot of hidden asset, but if those asset are not realised (due to whatever reason) and finally put in the hand of shareholders, everyday can see, but cannot touch one....  biggrin.gif

"Touching" is more realistic/practical  laugh.gif
(my view only)

By the same logic, red chip also can be hidden asset, trade way below NAV, PER 2x ~ 5x only.  tongue.gif
*
red chips some are trading even below cash holding.
but dare to "touch" them or not?
i no more guts already. maybe too old also, no more unlimited decades to wait for them. tongue.gif

Got cash meh? all fake accounts only? If soo good the owners will be rushing to privatize it... tongue.gif
*
market is a golden egg.
they could make RI etc. to eat more money from the market.

their market cap are 100-150m, quite easy to privatize. Just find 10 rich people to dig out 10m each, gaw dim. laugh.gif

Stock market prediction after GE results announced (min) and the subsequent rally (max).. according to Dali.  laugh.gif

*
Dali is TOO OPTIMISTIC. 1580 the lowest?! He mean in half a month time or in 6 months time? That's a big difference because index can be manipulated in short term, not impossible to be in longer term.
I have been leaving his website. I think his brain a bit suck already....(maybe sucked up by his hard selling software roadshows in recent months)

Perhaps that's what the black hand behind wanted...

Delay election so long that investors got fed up and pour their money into stock market since got no other place to put anyway...
...then they dispose their holdings at a high and call for GE, all their money already remit to Swiss banks thumbup.gif
*
me different case.
original plan sell until 30% cash enough.
now since delay GE, i hand itchy simply sell until 45% cash already. biggrin.gif

Just to ask, I received a letter from Bursa said that my OSK CDS account has transferred to RHB IB, so OSK already took over by RHB?

or just my account problem?
*
I really don't like to read RHB papers. Lately, they also "transform" into OSK's format (which I prefer, more neat). However, they still use back their font, which is still messy. Don't be so proud lah! Directly use OSK format and font lah! Then the paper will look much more neat and comfortable to read! doh.gif
