No worry, u can buy lot of FGV .......sure got lot of sellers .....

I am talking about the overall market, not just one or two stocks per se.

CI would shoot up 200 pts like that..........if no sellers at all.

Not like the forumers say there are no sellers, but then CI manages ( by hard push ) to go up only 10pts ( current trend )

Well, Tambun does give good Dividends besides being a good " Growth Stock '.

Not easy to spot another stock like that in Bursa , i.e good PE cum good Dividends.

Do not forget, Penang is regarded as world number ( single digit ) as a perfect city for retirement.

U think BN would want to make it worse or ( are u Ready for that )

I cannot see why the undersea tunnel cannot be done if it is invested by foreigners using foreign fund.

Let them ( foreigners ) collect the tolls, but do not have to force people to use the tunnel.

No loss to Penang and the people since it is an extra .......

Well, still many people would use the tunnel if real benefits outweigh costs ( in business ) .

Well, it could turn the other way too.

More people would buy affordable houses on the mainland, and work in Penang ( the youths especially )

Kinda like investing in blu chips if up to much, then can sell and move to Tambun.

Singapore now has 40% aliens, and 60% local. Quite alarming .......if more choose to stay there.

Possibly Property stocks over weakening in the past, unlike Palm Oil stocks still staying strong despite oil palm price drops like shit.

My thinking is REITS being overpriced to certain extent.........esp people expecting high rental values in Malls , possible kah

Last year, it sold 850 units of Malaysian properties worth about RM1 billion to mainly Taiwanese investors.

The Taiwanese company officially set up its regional headquarters in Malaysia yesterday at Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur, according to Chinese newspapers Sin Chew Jit Poh and Nanyang Siang Pau.

Ting, who was the past president of the Taiwanese Investors Association in Malaysia, was quoted as saying the company was ready to promote Malaysian real estate globally, particularly to mainland Chinese and Taiwanese investors.

“We are an international company, with over 400 branches in Taiwan and over 8,000 staff. On March 5, we signed a cooperation agreement with China’s largest realty player which has 1,500 branches. With a total of 2,000 branches across mainland China and Taiwan, we are ready to sell and promote Malaysian properties,” Ting said
