In fact, a couple years back, some properties launched in Iskandar were at higher prices than those in JB ( as bench marks ) , but fully sold.

And soon those JB properties shoot up to be on par with Iskandar. And Iskandar again launches more at even higher prices, result i.e demands still there.

Some would think these investors are just mere water fish, but some would think they are far farsighted .

Depending on which boat u want to join.

Sometimes you can try asking your ownself simple questions.

Say Dutch Lady. (Don't want to use panamy. Scared scared )
Say at 49.00 (I like this number. )

The simple question to ask is at 49.00, do 'I' (as in you) see DLady doubling its stock price in a years time?
If no, the why don't I look at another stock.
You can use Hua Yang. ( I remember. )
Compare the chances.
Hua Yang 4.00, possible mah? (hard but not say impossible lor)
Dutch Lady 98.00 possible mah?

Which one got more chances, choose that one lor.

( I actually used this when I sold Dutch Lady and swap another stock. )

Actually HDB is cheaper than Iskandar.... the buyer of Iskandar are those with 2 or more properties already.. ie speculation.

I always go to Johor, like to read the housing advertisement................found the price selling higher and higher
