根据国行报告，去年的涨幅是过去10年平均涨幅的一倍，而这波涨潮是从2009年第3季就开始。

国行指出，“在未来几年，新屋买家人数预料将会继续上升，高出房屋存量的平均增幅。”

I really don't like to read RHB papers. Lately, they also "transform" into OSK's format (which I prefer, more neat). However, they still use back their font, which is still messy. Don't be so proud lah! Directly use OSK format and font lah! Then the paper will look much more neat and comfortable to read!
