Starhub prepaid was terrible and I ditched it about 6 months ago. I'm using Singtel prepaid now and it has been reasonably stable. Real world speeds are around 2Mbps.

I did a few tests when I was bored and got 2Mbps each time.

My wife uses M1 postpaid and hasn't complained about it. It seemed to work every time my Starhub prepaid didn't smile.gif

I don't think it supports DC HSPA. Running speed test with my phone on Maxis gets me around 8Mbps.
