Hi guys, I think I need some advice here.

I dropped my phone from my sofa to the ground. Not really high. Then I realized that the vibration from the phone feels really weird/weak.

Anyone faced this problem before??

What happened to it? You need to download and flash the tar version. Yes you can try with mobile odin but i would advice to use PC odin.

Edit: If you have some other version of CWM (not samsung stock recovery) you can also just flash the TWRP zip file.

I am in need of some advice.

My phone vibrating module screwed up, i think, and i plan to send in for warranty, i'm rooted with the new bootloader. I now need to go through the hassle of unrooting and yada yada.

I've read a bit regarding the matter of making the modified status back to normal and i'm quite confused. Can someone please layout the steps for me? I hope this spoon feeding is an exception.

Ok. I got these steps from tot31. So credits goes to him.
You can just skip the rooting part for 4.1.2

1. Downgrade to old bootloader.
2. Flash the old 4.1.1 firmware and root it.
3. Install Triangle Away and reset the counter.
4. Install the latest 4.1.2 using Mobile Odin not PC Odin. This is the only way to preserve the old bootloader but having the new firmware. Use EverRoot option to maintain root.
5. Go to Download Mode to check the binary counter and if it is not 0 try to use TA again to reset it.

These steps gets you root, old bootloader and everything official with binary counter 0 in download mode for 4.1.2. Stop at number 3 if you are going to claim warranty.
