LTE was only implemented recently,  not every area has LTE coverage yet so its safe to say that the wait is worth waiting for

I finally manage to exceed maxis 1gb limit.

The attached are the speed I manage to achieve.

Youtube - too slow cant browse
Lowyat - boleh la
Upload files - after few seconds will error cant upload
Social media - whatsapp,  wechat, line, cubie,  viber notification acceptable but loading media slow

Apps - instagram, molome and etc loading abit slow

Uncle benny recommends wifi file explorer, or you can download ES File Explorer that has some wifi access option, although I haven't tried that. Any wifi access file manager should serve the purpose.

Settings>Remote Settings> tick Remote Manage although you would need to play around a bit. Haven't used it before. Your phone becomes an FTP server.

Why not use Airdroid. I am getting transfer rates up 5MB/s. Only takes a couple of minutes to transfer a 1GB ROM file. Using firefox, you can only transfer one file at a time. If you need to transfer a folder, you have to use Chrome browser.

I am using solid explorer ftp. The transfer is fast.

If want to access file manager (or file manager style) to transfer files, suggest use ftp server app, like swiftp (outdated) or Wifi File Transfer.

You can monitor your transfer rate using desktop widgets on pc. I am using rainmeter. (see network upload speed)

do u have a microsd card inside?
