last night went to my sister in law's house and she just bought a knock off Note 2 for RM700 for herself and 2 for her friends and the way she acted like she is having the real thing, she is so proud of it upon checking on the net the phone only cost around RM450...hahahaha...she really got conned...

The replies thus far to your enquiry are correct to a great extent. However, IMHO, the main reason for those 2 and Apple to do that is for the build quality. Not having a removable back cover will greatly enhance that.

Does anyone knows how to make the scrolling of the stock messages faster and more fluid??
I have a 1000 message bubbles and when I scroll up very fast it lags so badly..
I thought a quad core would suffice for smooth transition.. I guess not..
I tried go sms pro also.. its smoother but when i turn on the animation transition it still lags..

You get less loose part if it's built in and the feel of the phone would be more solid since it's all 1 single piece.

correct, rating is 1A but theorectically from design point of view usually is configured slightly higher to enable the output to be maintained at 1A min even which some losses on the cable.

I dont think an LED will waste a lot of battery. Most prob the amount of battery used is insignificant.
